We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Waste Management Specialist to join our team in Red Deer County, AB.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Directing trucks during unloading
  • Satisfying customer needs for service
  • Participating in GFL's safety culture and training
  • Reporting incidents
  • Working in a safe and efficient manner
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Assisting with general yard clean-up and maintenance
  • Driving to different sites and assisting as needed
  • Supporting Operators with equipment maintenance and care

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license
  • Basic knowledge of equipment, such as wheel loaders and small backhoes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
