We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Freshslice Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Establish and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
- Train and develop staff to improve performance and productivity.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Proven track record of leading a team and achieving results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
