Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at IHUB HEALTHCARE SERVICES CORP.

Job Summary:

The Healthcare Assistant will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Help patients with mobility and transfer
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Experience working in healthcare or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
