Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Financial and Administrative Management
    • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure project profitability and compliance.
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to drive business growth.
    • Approve overall human resources planning to ensure project delivery.
  • Strategic Planning and Decision Making
    • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business success.
    • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions to drive business growth.
    • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to support project delivery.
  • Technical and Operational Expertise
    • Develop and maintain expertise in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and other relevant software applications.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in construction and renovation.
  • Personal and Professional Qualities
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as construction management, business administration, or engineering.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role in construction or a related field.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Conditions
    • 40 hours per week, permanent position.
