As a Senior Frontend Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing customer service operations through our innovative real-time agent assist technology, leveraging AI to enhance post-call analytics and coaching capabilities.

Team Dynamics

The Frontend Platform team is integral to our Platform Squad, dedicated to constructing and upholding a resilient platform that facilitates all frontend development efforts. This team is responsible for:

  • Establishing architectural standards and design patterns.
  • Managing frameworks, libraries, and UI components.
  • Overseeing development environments, tools, and deployment methodologies.
  • Ensuring adherence to performance, security, and best practice protocols.

By structuring the frontend landscape into product-focused and engineering-focused segments, the Frontend Platform team fosters clear ownership, promotes effective collaboration, and delivers high-quality, inclusive frontend solutions tailored to meet diverse business objectives.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Take technical ownership of one or more products, enjoying the autonomy to make impactful technical decisions.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our business logic, architecture, and core technologies, particularly in React and TypeScript.
  • Integrate various tools for CI/CD, test automation, monitoring, logging, and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend requirements and provide insights on technical trade-offs.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Approximately 5+ years of experience in frontend development, demonstrating a proven ability to create scalable and responsive web applications.
  • A deep understanding of the modern frontend ecosystem, with hands-on experience in contemporary CSS frameworks.
  • Essential experience with TypeScript for developing intuitive user interfaces.
  • Familiarity with our technology stack, including Golang, Python, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, and Temporal, is advantageous.
  • Experience with virtual agent and AI agent technologies, emphasizing a background in developing interfaces that engage with complex AI systems.
  • Proficiency in designing responsive and efficient user interfaces, with a strong awareness of how backend performance influences frontend experience.
  • Significant experience with CI/CD tools, test automation, and implementing monitoring and logging solutions to ensure high-quality releases.
  • A commitment to writing comprehensive unit tests and maintaining exceptional standards of code quality and documentation.

Note: Actual base salaries will be determined based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, in accordance with local minimum pay requirements.
