Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client, a family-owned and people-focused general contractor. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skillset and a proven track record of managing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, engineers, architects, and clients to determine project specifications.
  • Review shop drawings for coordination and develop project requirements.
  • Chair project meetings and develop and update project schedules.
  • Write scope of work documents and perform other duties as assigned by the Director, Construction.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Residential Project Manager.
  • In-depth understanding of construction and project management principles.
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, including MS Project.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
