Production Labourer

About the Role
Lafarge in Calgary is seeking experienced Production Labourers to join our Precast division. As a Labourer, you will provide support in all areas of the plant, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality precast concrete products.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and transport materials, equipment, and finished products throughout the plant
- Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers in maintaining a safe and productive work environment
- Participate in daily Pre-Production Meetings to discuss tasks and objectives
- Complete Field Level Risk Assessments before beginning each task to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years of experience in a production line setting, preferably in a precast plant
- Ability to lift 55 lbs and work in a fast-paced, high-production environment
- Willingness to work overtime and shifts when needed, including Saturdays
