Clovermead Farms Inc. is seeking a skilled Dairy Farm Worker to join our team. As a Dairy Farm Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of our dairy cattle, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our farm facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Animal Care: Disinfect pens, barns, or poultry houses, handle animals, monitor animal health, perform livestock feeding, and treat livestock health issues.
- Farm Maintenance: Clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens, and maintain quality control and production records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate automated manure handling or storage systems, milking systems, tractors, loaders, and skid-steers.
- General Farm Work: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, harvest crops, feed and tend animals, and carry out pasture or pen breeding programs.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Environment: All-weather conditions, rural area, and staff accommodation provided.
