About the Role

The Site and Seniors Health Area Manager, Grande Cache, is a key leadership position in the North Zone Operations Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Director, Clinical Operations, NZ Area 3, this role has a shared responsibility for the Hospital and Seniors Health portfolio at Grande Cache. As a leader, you will provide direction, coordination, and evaluation of acute and seniors health care at the site and community. This includes coordinating health services related to the operations within the community hospital, supportive living, and home care services, including partnerships with supportive living or other partners such as Lodges in the community.

Responsibilities
  • Providing leadership and direction to ensure effective delivery of health services within the hospital/facility and community.
  • Making key decisions regarding the integration of resources to ensure effective delivery of health services.
  • Accountable for providing leadership and facilitating achievement of AHS goals related to Community & Rural Hospitals and Seniors Health within the North Zone.
Requirements

Rural nursing/healthcare experience would be an asset.
