Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Truck Driver to join our team at ON ROUTE TRANSPORT. This role involves transporting goods and materials efficiently while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Route Planning: Utilize GPS and navigation tools to optimize routes, reducing fuel consumption and minimizing environmental impact.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct thorough inspections of the vehicle, including tires, lights, and brakes, to ensure safe operation.
  • Load Management: Efficiently load and unload cargo, ensuring safety and security throughout the transport process.
  • Customer Interaction: Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cargo, hours of service, and fuel consumption.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside colleagues in a two-person team or convoy, fostering a cooperative work environment.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • License: AZ class license is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 months in a similar role.
