The Role

We're seeking an Experienced Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our bar team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, crafting innovative cocktails, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks to our guests, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.
• Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our menu, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the bar team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent service.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations, with a valid liquor service certification.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
