About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Oil Change Technician to join our team at Mobil 1 Lube Express. As an Oil Change Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing efficient and effective oil change services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fluid Maintenance: Add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
  • Assist Mechanics: Provide support to our mechanics and perform other duties as directed to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oil Change Services: Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks, or heavy equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Stock shelves and display areas to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Technical Support: Use computer software to assess customer files for completeness and provide technical support as needed.
Work Environment

As an Oil Change Technician at Mobil 1 Lube Express, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a physically demanding role.
