Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough and batters for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
  • Operate machinery, including mixers and ovens, to produce high-quality baked goods.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Train staff on new recipes and production techniques.
  • Ensure that all products meet established quality standards.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
