We are seeking a sales consultant who is passionate about the medical aesthetics industry and committed to creating exceptional experiences for clients.

You will work closely with our medical doctor to design patients' aesthetic plans and coordinate patient care.

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, trustworthy, self-motivated, eager to learn and grow, and a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand patient concerns and recommend comprehensive and personalized treatment plans
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
  • Maintain adequate stock and inventory to ensure seamless patient treatment
  • Follow up with patients post-procedure to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to strict privacy protocols
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships to develop loyalty to the clinic
  • Commit to delivering exceptional client experiences, from initial consultation to follow-up

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a medical spa setting

Desirable Assets:

  • Fluency in Mandarin
  • Experience with advanced aesthetic treatments, including IPL, Thermage, and medical-grade skincare

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 20 – 35 per week
