- Focus on badminton within urban and regional sports club settings.
- Manage coaching duties effectively.
- Design and implement competitive training schedules and practice sessions.
- Inspire and prepare athletes or teams for competitions.
- Assess and analyze performance metrics of athletes or teams.
- Evaluate the skills and performance of potential athletes.
- Must possess personal transportation.
- Willingness to travel for events and competitions.
- Ability to maintain 20/20 vision.
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Capable of standing for extended periods.
- Exemplary interpersonal skills and oral communication.
- Reliability and interpersonal awareness are essential.
