Key Responsibilities- Plan and Execute Projects: Study plans, specifications, or drawings of articles to be made, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assemble and Finish Products: Trim joints, fit parts and subassemblies together, sand wooden surfaces, and apply veneer, stain, or polish to finished products.
- Maintain a Safe Work Environment: Ensure a clean and safe workspace, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Repair and Restyle Furniture: Repair or restyle wooden furniture, fixtures, and related products to meet customer requirements.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, and able to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality of work. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English.
