This position is set in a fast-paced restaurant atmosphere where the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff regarding their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports related to operations.
- Oversee the assembly of food trays to ensure compliance with standards.
This position involves supervising a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
Physical RequirementsThe role requires:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle pressure.
This is a permanent position with a standard work schedule of 35 hours per week.
