Position Overview:
This role offers a full-time commitment of 42 hours per week. The Team Leader will collaborate with Supervisors to establish work hours and schedules. The position demands adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, necessitating travel to various locations; therefore, possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is essential.

- Manage medication ordering, documentation, and administration.
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the residence.
- Be prepared to assist in any emergencies that may arise.
- Promote independence and strive for the highest quality of life for individuals supported.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a Developmental Services Worker Diploma or equivalent in a Human Services field.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience working with adults with developmental disabilities and vulnerable populations.
- Experience in developing and evaluating individualized program plans.
- Proficiency in accessing and networking with community resources.
- Current certifications in First Aid & Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation with Defibrillation and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention.
- Experience in medication administration is required.
- Training in lifts and transfers, along with personal care support experience, is considered an asset.
