Echo Janitorial Services Inc. is seeking a diligent Sanitation Technician to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various facilities. Your duties will include dusting surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, and ensuring windows are spotless. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to eliminate stains from diverse surfaces effectively.

To excel in this position, you should be capable of completing assigned tasks within the designated timeframe. A successful Sanitation Technician will be physically fit and able to work independently with minimal oversight. You may be required to travel to different locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping various floor types.
  • Dusting ceilings, light fixtures, countertops, and furniture.
  • Scrubbing and sanitizing restrooms, sinks, and kitchen areas.
  • Disposing of waste materials properly.
  • Cleaning and maintaining windows.
  • Reporting any damages that occur during cleaning tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar cleaning role.
  • Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Capability to complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid Driver's License and dependable transportation.
  • Availability for morning and evening shifts, including weekends as necessary.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Compensation: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 10 – 20 hours per week

Experience Required:

  • Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
