Job Title: Pet Grooming Salon Manager

Uni pet grooming & supplies INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pet Grooming Salon Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pet grooming salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan and organize daily tasks, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Manage budgets and inventory, making informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Perform animal grooming activities, ensuring high-quality services.
  • Set staff work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in pet grooming or a related field.
  • College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Setting:

Pet grooming shop with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and high-quality services.

Experience:

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in pet grooming or a related field.

Language:

English.

Work Hours:

40 hours per week.
