Provide Comprehensive Psychological Care
As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care within our specialized programs. Your expertise will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments to understand patients' needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
- Individual and Group Therapy: Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to support patient well-being.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Program Development and Evaluation: Contribute to the development and evaluation of program initiatives, ensuring alignment with best practices and patient outcomes.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Reviewing client history and gathering information from various sources to gain a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
- Conducting or supervising psychological testing to inform treatment planning and progress monitoring.
- Liaising with external agencies to facilitate continuity of care throughout the healthcare continuum.
- Participating in interdisciplinary teams to provide input from a psychological perspective on patient care issues.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed client records in accordance with established standards and policies.
- Providing consultation and training to staff, students, and community psychologists.
- Staying abreast of current developments in psychology services through ongoing professional development activities.
