Job Title: Network Engineer

Charter Telecom Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our clients' network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement network architecture to meet client requirements
  • Configure and troubleshoot network devices and equipment
  • Monitor and analyze network performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement network security policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in Cisco technologies and other leading vendors
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
  • Hybrid work environment with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
  • Participate in on-call rotation
  • Overtime as required
  • Minimal travel
