Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team at WILD WING ROAD HOUSE CHATHAM as a Bartender/Server, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Craft and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons.
  2. Take and process customer orders while offering personalized drink recommendations.
  3. Ensure the bar area is kept clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  4. Verify customer age by checking identification to comply with legal requirements.
  5. Observe customer behavior and take appropriate action to promote responsible drinking.
  6. Manage cash transactions and ensure accurate payment processing.
  7. Stay informed about drink recipes, including both classic and innovative cocktails.
  8. Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a pleasant experience.
  9. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrated experience as a bartender or in a comparable position.
  2. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  3. Exceptional hospitality abilities, fostering a welcoming environment for guests.
  4. Outstanding customer service skills, with a knack for anticipating guest needs.
  5. Understanding of food safety and handling regulations.
  6. Experience with cash handling and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  7. Basic arithmetic skills for billing, change-making, and inventory management.
  8. Knowledge of bartending methods, drink recipes, and current mixology trends.
