Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee, troubleshoot, and manage local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and mainframe systems.
  • Assess and deploy computer hardware, networking applications, and operating systems.
  • Provide technical support and problem resolution for network users.
  • Establish and enforce data, software, and hardware security protocols.
  • Conduct routine network startups and shutdowns while maintaining accurate control records.
  • Execute data backup and disaster recovery processes.
  • Utilize network traffic and security monitoring tools to enhance server performance.
  • Manage web server backup and recovery tasks.
