Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Comprehensive knowledge of water, wastewater, and drainage systems within a municipal context.
- Design and development of civil engineering systems related to municipal water and wastewater facilities.
- Conduct constructability assessments to ensure project feasibility.
- Oversee construction inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Lead the administration of construction contracts effectively.
- Generate documentation for design initiatives and comprehensive reports.
- Prepare accurate construction cost estimates to support budgeting.
- Develop project specifications and contract documentation.
- Engage in client communication and management, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and coordination with regulatory bodies.
- Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure timely delivery.
