Position Overview
Are you an innovative professional with a strong background in architectural design and construction oversight? We invite you to consider the role of Senior Architectural Technologist within our Architectural Practice. In this position, you will engage in a wide range of projects, including mixed-use developments and high-rise structures, leveraging your skills in design evolution and construction documentation. As a vital member of our collaborative team, you will play a key role in fostering sustainable and user-focused design solutions while benefiting from a flexible work culture that encourages professional advancement and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive working drawings utilizing Revit software
- Facilitate coordination among architectural and engineering teams for construction initiatives
- Evaluate and provide feedback on contract documents and specifications
- Conduct site evaluations and lead coordination meetings
- Collaborate with external consultants and maintain project documentation
Required Qualifications
Experience and Skills:
- 5-8 years of experience in an architectural environment
- Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent
- Proficient in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with mid-rise and high-rise developments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adhere to project timelines
