Objective:
To effectively sell, receive, and deliver parts and accessories while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the organization of the parts department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to promote and sell products that fulfill their requirements
  • Accurately document all sales transactions
  • Provide Service Technicians with necessary parts
  • Ensure merchandise displays are appealing and the department is tidy
  • Verify incoming shipments and manage inventory levels
  • Address shortages and expedite resolution of issues
  • Maintain tools and equipment within the department
  • Assist in generating departmental reports and projects
  • Work collaboratively with other departments as required

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in basic data entry and keyboarding
  • Familiarity with parts and machinery
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License
  • Forklift certification is advantageous
