Job Summary

Sunnyslope Foods Inc is seeking a skilled Server to join our team in providing exceptional food and beverage services to our customers. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are served at the correct temperature and in a clean and presentable manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to customer needs.
    • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are handled and stored in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively with other servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience an asset.
  • Language
    • Langue de travail: Anglais.
  • Work Hours
    • Heures de travail: 35 to 40 hours per week.
