About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automobile Sales Associate to join our team at Butlers Compound. As a Car Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Assist clients with special needs, provide guidance and support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
  • Services and Tasks: Perform services specific to the car lot, including patrolling assigned areas and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess a valid Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, all weather conditions.
  • Work Setting: Urban area.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, walking, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Reliability, client focus, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
What We Offer
