Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Safai Maintenance. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.
Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
- Stocking and Supply Management: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, and ensure that all cleaning supplies are readily available.
- Disinfection and Polishing: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, as well as disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
- Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities, address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that all clients are satisfied with the cleaning services.
- Housekeeping: Clean changing rooms and showers, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Willing to train and learn the skills required for the job.
- Work Setting: Cleaning service company with various locations, relocation costs covered by employer, and willingness to relocate.
- Transportation: Travel expenses paid by employer, public transportation available.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and values and ethics.
- Permanent Work Term: A stable and long-term employment opportunity.
- English Language: Work language is English.
