Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team at Clean Crysta Services Inc.. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning of hallways, floors, and staircases through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing.
  • Utilize industrial vacuum cleaners to effectively remove dirt, debris, and refuse.
  • Manage waste disposal by emptying trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Maintain cleanliness of windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
  • Conduct minor repairs and adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, while coordinating with tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Handle minor appliance repairs as needed.
  • Assist in showing apartments and offices to potential tenants.
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Care for plants, lawns, and gardens through regular watering and maintenance.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to maintain safety.
