Job Title: Business Systems Analyst, Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Commerce Engineering team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in defining processes for onboarding and maintaining marketing technology capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to gather requirements and establish business processes for onboarding and operationalizing marketing capabilities.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple stakeholders to extract requirements and turn them into use cases, business rules, user stories, sequence diagrams, and process flows.
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions and analyzing business requirements for system changes and enhancements.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst, preferably in a large enterprise organization.
  • Experience in planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.
