Your Future Role

As a Project Manager - Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for defining the objectives of digital transformation projects, planning deployment steps, assigning roles and responsibilities, evaluating project realization efforts, organizing and planning deliverables, managing risks and issues, ensuring adherence to objectives and plans, identifying and deploying best practices, coordinating meetings and sharing project progress information, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • University degree
  • Experience in IT project management
  • PMI certification - an asset
  • Knowledge and experience in agile methodology - an asset
  • Ability to anticipate and manage unexpected situations
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Political skills
  • Leadership
  • Intermediate level English - for internal communication with colleagues outside Quebec
