Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team at Alpine Building Maintenance. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our employees and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of employees to ensure that they are meeting performance standards and providing excellent service to clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention, and to enhance the overall work environment.
- Use technology, such as Dayforce, to lead and manage team members, and to track performance metrics.
- Liaise with clients to ensure that their needs are being met and to address any complaints or concerns.
- Oversee the scheduling and budgeting of employees to ensure that we are meeting our financial goals.
- Coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure that our clients receive uninterrupted service.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, employees, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Experience with technology, such as Dayforce, and the ability to use it to lead and manage team members.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
