Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at S.i. Systems. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing SA&A governance for public facing Internet portals, attaining ATO documents for Internet Applications, and publishing SA&A guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage one or more projects throughout the system development lifecycle, ensuring resources are available and projects are developed and operational within agreed time, cost, and performance parameters;
  2. Oversee the work of other IT resources to ensure alignment with SA&A governance;
  3. Ensure DHRIM 3/MCSC data usage and sharing comply with SA&A governance;
  4. Share knowledge of DHRIM 3/MCSC applications and activities with collaborating teams;
  5. Analyze and evaluate alternative technology solutions to meet business requirements with corporate security governance;
  6. Provide situation awareness of DHRIM 3/MCSC projects to collaborators;
  7. Identify, research, and resolve complex technical and security challenges;
  8. Ensure the integration of all aspects of technology solutions;
  9. Participate in management meetings, such as the DHRIM 3/MCSC Client Steering Committee and the DHRIM 3/MCSC Change Management Board;
  10. Recommend new processes to support and enhance the security posture of DHRIM 3/MCSC;
  11. Provide technical research into various issues as requested by the MCSC technical authority, DHRIM 3, or Senior Officer MCSC.

Requirements:

  1. 1+ year of experience in managing SA&A governance for public facing Internet portals;
  2. 1+ year of experience in attaining ATO documents for Internet Applications;
  3. 1+ year of experience in publishing SA&A guidance;
  4. 2+ SOPs (standard operating procedures) for SA&A projects;
  5. 1+ year of experience in publishing project management products to Microsoft SharePoint portals.
