About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at Golden Oven European Bakery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods and ensuring that our bakery operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the production of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and other sweet and savory items.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet demand.
  • Staff Supervision: Train, supervise, and motivate a team of bakers and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including responding to their needs and preferences.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue, and develop strategies to achieve these goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
