Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience.
- Provide exceptional hygiene treatment, adhering to the highest standards of care.
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments, ensuring they are sterilized and ready for use.
- Maintain a clean and sterile clinical environment, promoting patient safety and well-being.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, fostering a supportive and efficient work environment.
- Assist the Orthodontist with various tasks as delegated, contributing to smooth and successful treatment procedures.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous Dental Assistant experience is required.
- Completion of the CDA (NDAEB Exam) is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for patient interaction and team collaboration.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities are necessary to manage tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Experience in orthodontics is preferred, demonstrating specialized knowledge and skills.
- Orthodontic Module certification is considered an asset.
