About the Role

Total Systems Solutions Consulting Inc. is seeking a seasoned Management Consultant to lead organizational change management initiatives for our public sector client, the Ministry of Transport in British Columbia.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in leading teams in consensus building, creating strategic objectives, and translating them into business plans. They will also have experience in managing working relationships within a complex policy environment, identifying and linking service outcomes into an integrated service delivery model, and articulating service delivery models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead organizational change management initiatives to transform the Ministry's Capital Program & Project Management services
  • Develop and implement business process integration strategies to improve service delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and promote best practices in organizational change management
  • Provide coaching and training to staff on change management and transition planning
  • Develop and implement communications plans to promote the benefits of organizational change
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading organizational change management initiatives
  • Expertise in business process improvement and integration
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
