About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Retail Manager to join our team at Richemont. As a key member of our boutique team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sales Initiatives
    • Develop and implement retail strategies to drive sales growth and exceed targets
    • Collaborate with the Retail Director to develop boutique action plans and drive team performance
    • Lead the team to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations
  • Team Management
    • Assess team needs and provide training and guidance on Maison history, policies, and product knowledge
    • Schedule team members to ensure proper coverage and meet business needs
    • Provide clear KPIs and motivate the team to achieve their goals
    • Ensure timely payroll and commission processing
  • Operational Excellence
    • Supervise team members to ensure safety and well-being, following all safety and security guidelines
    • Comply with finance guidelines and ensure team members follow company procedures
    • Manage and ensure all VM policies and procedures are followed
  • Client Acquisition and Development
    • Ensure team members develop new relationships and hit KPIs for client acquisition and development
    • Maintain VIP relationships and work with corporate to build and engender these clients
    • Develop loyalty by taking clients through customer journeys
    • Work with team members to ensure they use CRM tools effectively
    • Travel with clients to events and trips to the manufacture when appropriate
  • Community and Business Center Relationships
    • Engender good relationships within the community
    • Work closely with mall or neighborhood partners
    • Provide feedback on competition and traffic understanding
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of management experience, especially in luxury retail
  • Critical thinking skills and strong solution-oriented approach
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Autonomous and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexible mind-set with the ability to adapt to changes
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proactive approach to analyzing business and human resource needs
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office software
  • Proficiency in SAP software is a plus
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends
