About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Services Manager to join our team at Rocky Mountain Sparkle. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our accommodation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our accommodation services.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations and provide coaching and development opportunities as needed.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible rates for materials and supplies.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the financial health of our accommodation services.
  • Marketing and Events: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our accommodation services and manage events to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintenance and Inventory: Oversee maintenance activities and manage inventory to ensure our accommodation services are well-maintained and equipped to meet customer needs.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to ensure the continued growth and success of our accommodation services.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
