Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking social workers and technicians to join our team at the DPJ of the Tulattavik Health Centre in the Ungava region. As a social worker or technician, you will be part of the evaluation-orientation service and will work closely with our team to provide high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide social work services to clients in the Ungava region
- Work collaboratively with the evaluation-orientation team to develop and implement service plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop strategies for support
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders

RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you must have a degree in social work or a related field and have experience working in a similar role. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
