About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to join our team at RONA. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Processing Inventory: Receive all product deliveries, maintain inventory levels, and ensure accurate tracking of inventory received.
  • Inventory Management: Schedule deliveries and shipments, authorize unscheduled deliveries, and ensure space is available for incoming products.
  • Return to Vendor (RTV) Duties: Complete RTV duties, communicate with vendors as necessary, and ensure accurate and timely processing of returns.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with other store teams to ensure seamless merchandise movement and delivery inquiries are resolved efficiently.
  • Order Fulfillment: Order parts for various products and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a focus on inventory handling and stocking.
  • Skills: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds daily without assistance, basic arithmetic skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
