Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Repair Facility Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience and ensuring timely and efficient repair services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure consistent execution of our WOW plan to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using our Daily Demand Capacity Planner and ASE schedule.
  • Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain necessary repair authorization documentation in a timely manner.
  • Prepare RO work packets, including QC checklists, work orders, and parts lists.
  • Record all communication with customers and insurance partners during the repair process.
  • Confirm car rental information and update ASE with rental car usage information.
  • Manage ARMS throughout the day to ensure accurate vehicle tracking.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment with previous customer service experience
Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy
  • Knowledge of general office equipment and basic computer skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong sales drive and exceptional customer service
