Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support to our team of Account Managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quotes, managing multiple projects, and analyzing data to support the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotes by collaborating with technical and administrative support teams
  • Manage multiple projects by reviewing, prioritizing, and actioning requests to meet deadlines
  • Research, prepare, and analyze data from multiple databases to support Sales team
  • Create and maintain project files, client records
  • Prepare reports and documentation
Qualifications
  • College Education in a related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
  • 0-1 year office administrative experience
  • 0-1 year sales/service sector experience
