About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at A ONE1311 CONSTRUCTION LTD. as a key member of our site operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites for building projects, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, and assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction.
  • Construction Support: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, and pave and rake asphalt as needed.
  • Site Safety: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Site Management: Direct traffic at or near construction sites, and assist in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Physical Demands: The successful candidate will be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime required.
