About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Papa Johns. As a Food Service Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required. A permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week is available.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication, and proficiency in English is required.
