Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Canadian Tire Store 460. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records for inventory control.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control and report any discrepancies
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
