We are seeking a dedicated Home Support Worker to provide essential assistance to clients in their residences. This role is vital in ensuring the comfort and well-being of individuals requiring personal care.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
Work Environment
  • Site: Employer's home
  • Conditions: Non-smoking environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene tasks
  • Encourage and assist in regular physical activities, such as walking
  • Support clients during meal times, including feeding assistance
  • Launder clothing and household linens as needed
  • Mend clothing and linens to ensure proper maintenance
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Cook meals according to dietary requirements
