We are currently in search of a Production Manager to become a vital part of our team and assist us in achieving our goals.

Job Overview:As a Production Manager, your primary responsibility will be to supervise the production operations within our facility, ensuring the effective functioning of machinery and workforce. You will also be tasked with upholding quality and safety regulations, while serving as a support for your team.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Recruit, onboard, develop, coordinate, and oversee team members under your guidance (approximately 15 individuals).
Production Operations Management:
- Ensure adherence to production protocols by employees;
- Verify the setup and initiation of production lines;
- Examine workstations and equipment for any irregularities;
- Identify and address production challenges;
- Compile production documentation;
- Facilitate daily briefings to relay pertinent information;
- Engage in inventory oversight;
- Guarantee compliance with established policies and standards;
- Execute other related duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education;
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity;
- Familiarity with production management in the culinary sector;
- Knowledge of ISO and GFSI standards is advantageous;
- Experience in team leadership;
- Strong communication abilities in French and basic proficiency in English or Spanish;
- Competence in Microsoft Office;
- Availability for flexible scheduling.
