Job Title: Junior Technical Trainer

Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Junior Technical Trainer to join our team. As a Junior Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for managing all logistics related to training activities and events, facilitating virtual training sessions, and consistently holding up-to-date knowledge of Small Business products and services, systems, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Logistics: Manage all logistics related to training activities and events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery.
  • Virtual Training: Facilitate virtual training sessions in English and French, engaging adult audiences and presenting content clearly to achieve learning objectives.
  • Knowledge Management: Consistently hold up-to-date knowledge of Small Business products and services, systems, and processes, staying current with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Facilitation Skills: Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to engage adult audiences, present content clearly, and achieve learning objectives.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-focused and creative problem solver with the ability to work autonomously to drive issues to resolution.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.

  • Language Skills: Bilingualism is a must, with proficiency in English and French.
